I specialise in providing personalised therapy for individuals and couples, helping them navigate through their challenges and improve their mental well-being. I am currently employed as a Psychotherapist/Counsellor for the NHS.
My therapeutic approach is flexible, offering both long-term and brief therapy options. I incorporate various techniques in my sessions, such as Creative therapy, Existential therapy, Humanistic therapy, Integrative therapy, Person-centred therapy, Phenomenological therapy, and Relational therapy. I hold sessions in person, over the phone, through online video calls, and even offer the option of walking and talking therapy.
I have experience working with a diverse range of clients, including adults, couples, older adults, trainees, and young people.
With a Master’s degree in integrative psychotherapy and a counselling certificate of accreditation in the NICE endorsed 'couples’ therapy for depression (CTFD)' programme from the Tavistock Institute, I am well-versed in providing effective and evidence-based therapy.
